Welcome to Happy Assets UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a German company with registered office at Knippratherstraße 61, 40789 Monheim, Germany (“Lit and Salty,” “we,” “our,” “us”). Please carefully read the following pages. These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at www.litandsalty.ai.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your use of our website. Please read it here.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements and agree to be bound by them. By creating an account on our Service, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials and other information from us. You may opt out of receiving any or all communications by following the unsubscribe link or emailing us at info@happyassets.co.

3. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase, such as your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping details.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods in connection with your Purchase; and

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time, including but not limited to cases involving fraud or unauthorized or illegal transactions.

4. Subscriptions

Some parts of our Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”), which may be monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting our support team.
A valid payment method is required to process subscription payments. Should automatic billing fail, we will issue an invoice for manual payment.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a Free Trial for a limited period. During the Free Trial, you won’t be charged until the trial ends. If you do not cancel your Subscription by the last day of the Free Trial, you will be charged the applicable Subscription fee. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Free Trial offer at any time.

6. Fee Changes

Lit and Salty reserves the right to modify Subscription fees. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle. You will be notified in advance, and your continued use of the Service after the fee change constitutes your agreement to the new fee.

7. Refunds

All purchases, whether monthly or annual, are non-refundable. However, if you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, contact us within 14 days at info@happyassets.co.
Refunds are available only in cases of clear errors or faults in the Service provided. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

8. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain content (“Content”). You are responsible for ensuring that the Content you post is legal, reliable, and appropriate.
By posting Content on our Service, you represent that you own or have the right to use the Content and grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it. This license includes making your Content available to other users of the Service.
To opt out of Lit and Salty using your Content for any reason, email info@happyassets.co. Without such opt-out, we retain the right to use your Content for promotional purposes.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate any national or international law;

  • Exploit or harm minors;

  • Send spam or promotional materials without consent;

  • Impersonate others;

  • Use the Service to infringe on others’ rights or for illegal activities.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.

10. Analytics

We use third-party providers, such as Google Analytics, to monitor and analyze website traffic and user activity. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more information.

11. No Use By Minors

The Service is only for individuals at least 18 years old. By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

12. Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Inaccurate information may result in account termination. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any breach of security.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Happy Assets UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
